Job Summary
Elysium Healthcare is seeking a skilled and friendly Bank Receptionist to join our team at Rhodes Wood Hospital. As a key member of our staff bank, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient experience and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming Patients and Visitors
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff
- Ensure all visitors sign in and out properly
- Front Desk Operations
- Manage the office diary for meetings, events, and therapy sessions
- Coordinate the distribution of keys and security badges
- Oversee visitor sign-ins and conduct security checks
- Administrative Support
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and post efficiently
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the reception team to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
- Previous Experience
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills and proficiency in administrative software
- GCSE English Language Grade C or above
- Personal Qualities
- Professional, confident, and diplomatic demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Welcoming and self-motivated attitude
