About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Valuer/Lister to join our team at John Francis Estate Agent. As a Sales Valuer/Lister, you will be responsible for winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service
  • Optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements
  • Estate Agency experience
  • Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager or an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator looking for career progression
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence holder
