Bank Nurse

The role of a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at NHS involves delivering high-quality care to residents in a care home setting. As a nurse, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment, making critical clinical decisions, and providing excellent care across all aspects of the role.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN), you will be responsible for:
- Developing tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
- Providing medication safely and effectively
- Delivering high-quality care across all aspects of the role
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current NMC registration
- A good knowledge of the latest clinical practices
- Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- An understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
