Job Title: Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Bank - Care Home

The role of a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at NHS involves delivering high-quality care to residents in a care home setting. As a nurse, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment, making critical clinical decisions, and providing excellent care across all aspects of the role.

Main Responsibilities

As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN), you will be responsible for:

  • Developing tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Providing medication safely and effectively
  • Delivering high-quality care across all aspects of the role
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current NMC registration
  • A good knowledge of the latest clinical practices
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • An understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
