We are seeking a seasoned Data Leader to spearhead our data strategy at Gibbs Hybrid. This pivotal role will drive our data transformation initiatives, focusing on cloud migration, data product development, and AI integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Culture & Capability: Develop and implement a data-driven culture, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes data excellence.
  • Data Management & Quality: Design and execute data management strategies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Platform Convergence: Lead the integration of cloud-based platforms to enhance data accessibility and scalability.
  • AI Innovation: Drive the development and implementation of AI-powered data products to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale data transformation projects.
  • Deep understanding of data management, cloud migration (AWS/GCP), and AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with the BIAN framework and development of functional data products.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and driving change across the organization.
