Support Services Driver

About the Role:

FitzRoy is seeking a skilled driver to join our team in providing transportation services for our Supported Living service. As a driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting our support workers and the individuals we support to appointments and activities in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to appointments and activities
  • Driving a mini bus and ensuring the safety of all passengers
  • Providing support and assistance as needed to individuals with personal care requirements
  • Working collaboratively with support workers to ensure seamless transportation services

Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Experience driving a mini bus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with personal care requirements

Working Hours:

A mixture of shifts between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday, with flexibility to start earlier or work later if necessary. Weekend shifts will be on a rota basis, with days off in the week.
