Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing a safe and supportive environment for our residents. Your expertise and professional judgment will be essential in making critical clinical decisions and ensuring the delivery of excellent care.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential. You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual, with a person-centred approach to nursing.
