Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance assessments to verify compliance with MEP standards and project specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP technical services, particularly in luxury residential or commercial projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and building automation systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design and modeling software.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards, such as ASHRAE, NFPA, and LEED.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary.
