Exciting Opportunity for Litigation Solicitors

Conekt Legal is partnering with a leading global law firm to recruit two new roles: a solicitor (NQ to 2 years PQE) and a senior solicitor (3 to 5 years PQE) to work in their motor and casualty teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced litigation solicitors with previous experience from either the defence or claimant side to work for a leading global law firm and recognised legal brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage busy caseloads of pre-litigated and litigated matters, including RTA, EL, PL, and disease files.
  • Take matters through to court and instruct counsel.
  • Get involved in firm/team-wide initiatives around business development, marketing, and client training.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor (UK Qualified) - NQ to 5 years PQE (NQ to 2 for the solicitor role/3 to 5 years PQE for the senior solicitor role).
  • Previous litigation experience gained working on a busy caseload of personal injury matters gained either in defence or the claimant side.
  • Confident communicator able to deal with clients effectively.
  • Highly organised and able to manage a busy caseload.
