**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PPM Refrigeration Specialist to join our team at Space Engineering Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our commercial refrigeration plant and equipment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of our refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults using web-based resources and technical documentation.
- Complete Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) tasks to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and manage allocated jobs to meet client and company requirements.
- Assist in achieving efficient solutions to problematic issues.
- Effectively manage parts inventory, including delivery, collection, and returns.
- Update service records and timekeeping information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Update client reporting systems with accurate and timely information.
- Perform site and plant surveys as required.
- Assist in stock takes and maintain van stock.
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed and returned on time.
- Assist in covering holiday and illness arrangements.
- Keep customers, supervisors, and the office informed of potential issues and possible actions required to resolve.
- Ensure all client and company logging requirements are completed.
**Requirements**
- Experience working with refrigeration systems.
- Knowledge of the basic refrigeration cycle.
- F-gas category 4 certification.
- Ability to demonstrate basic competence in electrical and mechanical applications.
- Full UK driver's license.
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to customer needs.
- Experience leading a team to complete scheduled maintenance of refrigeration display cabinets.
- Excellent attitude and approach to work.
- Motivation, enthusiasm, and independence.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
