Operations Director

Cast UK Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead the daily operations and drive the successful growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
- Oversee daily operations, including supply chain management, production, inventory control, quality assurance, and logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Collaborate with department heads to set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the effective use of systems and technologies to support operational objectives and maximise efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with logistics partners and service providers to secure favorable terms and cost savings.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and creativity within the operations team, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and other regulatory standards.
- Prepare and analyse financial data, including budgets and forecasts, to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and improving business performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
