This non-teaching position involves serving as a Year Leader for a specific key stage, delivering vital assistance and mentorship to our students.

Student Support Coordinator

Salary:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the pastoral care and wellbeing of students within a designated key stage.
2. Act as the Year Leader, overseeing student behavior, attendance, and overall academic progress.
3. Develop and implement strategies to address students' social, emotional, and educational needs.
4. Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and external organizations to provide comprehensive support for students.
5. Foster a positive and inclusive school environment, building strong relationships with students and staff.
6. Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Experience in a pastoral or student support role within an educational context.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts.

5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
