Candidates should possess experience in delivering a proactive and consistent HR service, ideally within the educational sector, demonstrating hands-on involvement and exceptional time-management and organizational capabilities.

Commitment to Excellence: Our dedication extends to providing outstanding central services that empower school leaders to concentrate on their primary educational mission of achieving optimal outcomes for students. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the HR service, which is grounded in evaluation, reflective practice, and a commitment to continuous improvement through the adoption of innovative strategies to boost workforce effectiveness.

Support Structure: The post holder can anticipate robust support from executive leaders, leadership teams, school staff, and the Trust team, which offers assistance in areas such as school improvement, governance, GDPR compliance, IT, curriculum development, inclusion, safeguarding, HR, and operational functions including finance and estates. The Trust is integral to the development and operation of schools.

Salary and Commitment: The salary is based on a full-time commitment of 37 hours, term time only, plus an additional 10 days. The Trust is devoted to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young individuals, and we expect all staff and volunteers to uphold this commitment. All candidates for positions within the Trust are required to undergo a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced check prior to appointment.
