Job Title: Multitrade Operative

We are seeking a skilled Multitrade Operative to join our team on a temp to permanent basis for a reactive maintenance contract in Brighton.

The Role:

As a Multitrade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work in domestic properties. You will work independently, managing your own daily works programme and using a PDA to record your activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carpentry duties: skirting, hanging doors, fitting kitchens, and making good
  • Plumbing and installation work
  • Multitrade repairs duties of all kinds in domestic properties
Requirements:
  • Experience in domestic properties
  • Good social skills and strong communication skills
  • Asbestos awareness certificate
  • DBS check
  • Driver's license required
