Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Morson Talent. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and continuous operation of manufacturing equipment and site utilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all engineering and maintenance activities meet current EHS legislation and Group EHS policies.
  • Support contractors and visitors by ensuring effective RAMS, permits, and supervision of all maintenance activities.
  • Support the procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of key automated manufacturing and site plant equipment.
  • Implement, document, and report routine preventative maintenance schedules for both plant and machinery.
  • Support reactive breakdown situations, liaising with manufacturers to ensure adequate service and plant maintenance provisions.
  • Continually seek to improve existing processes in support of improving safety, increasing material utilization, improving production outputs, and minimizing waste.
  • Represent Operations and EHS activities where required to deputize for the Site Operations Manager.
