**Job Summary:**

Grafton Recruitment is supporting a large global manufacturer in recruiting an NPI Procurement Engineer to join their supply chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and validating suppliers' capabilities and managing the delivery of materials to new products being introduced.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Evaluate and validate suppliers' capabilities to ensure they meet the required standards
* Manage the delivery of materials to new products being introduced
* Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth product introduction
* Conduct Production Readiness Reviews and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis

**Requirements:**

* Background in manufacturing engineering and supplier management
* Track record in New Product Introduction, quality, time, and cost
* Strong supplier and project management skills
* Experience in aerospace or defence sectors, or technical product manufacturing

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive hourly rate: £35 - £40/hour inside IR35
* Hybrid working arrangement: 1/2 days in office, with travel to suppliers in the UK and internationally
