Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Production Managers in the management of quality, environmental, safety, and health topics through advice and training of team members.
  • Manage complaints affecting the Performance Cell/Area, including investigation, action planning, and implementation.
  • Support QESH audits within the Performance Cell/Area, preparing action plans and ensuring implementation.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering & Technology department on new investments and initiatives within the Performance Cell/Area.
  • Manage and track QESH KBI's within the Performance Cell/Area and implement improvement actions when necessary.
  • Participate in Operational Excellence projects as required.
  • Support quality supplier-related issues, including leading supplier visits, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring close-out is satisfactory.
  • Lead, develop, and coach the Lab Technicians team to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Manage team short-term labor planning, including absenteeism, holidays, and leaves.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a FMCG production or laboratory, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Basic microbiological knowledge.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders across the business.
  • Qualification in Science (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology) degree or equivalent.
