Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Server/Waiter/Waitress. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
• Provide attentive and personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high brand standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to create a seamless dining experience for our customers.
• Develop a good understanding of our menu and be able to make recommendations to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar branded, fast-paced hospitality environment is desirable, but not essential.
• Ability to work in a busy environment, handling multiple tables and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
