Young's Pubs is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that our chefs have a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, including walk-in fridge, chest freezers, ceiling, walls, floors, and doors.
- Assist with the management of grease traps, bins, and yard cleaning.
- Participate in deep cleaning of equipment and catering areas.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge and skills to support the kitchen team.
