Role Overview

As the Bodyshop Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing the comprehensive operations of our bodyshop. Your responsibilities will include managing a skilled team of technicians, ensuring efficient workflows, and upholding high-quality standards.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will collaborate closely to achieve business objectives and targets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and lead a team of bodyshop technicians to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Organize workflow and prioritize tasks to ensure timely repair completions while maintaining quality standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring sufficient supplies and materials are available for operations.
  • Design and implement processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the bodyshop.
  • Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and fostering a culture of safety awareness.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including customer service and parts procurement, to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements, applying best practices to improve operations and maintain competitiveness.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with prior experience as a Bodyshop Site Manager, possessing a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.

The ideal individual will be capable of leading and working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to high standards with a focus on customer satisfaction.


Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity within the automotive repair sector, specifically in bodyshop operations.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and inspiring a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and industry-specific software.
