Deputy General Manager - New Challenge

Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team.

We are a fast-growing, independent Southern-style Smokehouse group with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Our award-winning Hickory's Academy provides comprehensive training and development opportunities for our team members.

As a Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 100+ staff members, inspiring and motivating them to deliver outstanding service and results. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
