Commercial Fit-Out Project Leader

Overview:

We are in search of a highly competent and experienced Project Manager to take on a pivotal role within People Recruit Limited. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid history of overseeing Commercial Fit-Out projects, complemented by a robust comprehension of PMO frameworks and operations. Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and experience across all RIBA stages are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage Commercial Fit-Out projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
  2. Ensure timely project completion within budget constraints while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  3. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
  4. Develop and sustain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and financial budgets.
  5. Implement and uphold best practices and methodologies in project management.
  6. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and senior management.
  7. Lead and inspire project teams to reach defined goals and milestones.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential project risks and challenges.
  9. Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  10. Provide regular updates and performance reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Key Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated experience in managing Commercial Fit-Out projects within a competitive consultancy or contracting environment.
  2. Strong understanding of PMO structures and functions.
  3. Proven ability to manage PMO responsibilities effectively.
  4. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  6. Experience across all RIBA stages, with the capability to provide examples of relevant projects.
  7. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  8. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  9. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
