Position: Multi-Skilled Engineer
Location: Ashford, Kent
Compensation: Up to £46,000 per annum based on experience (with additional Sunday premium, potential OTE £55k)
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the reactive and preventative maintenance of all onsite machinery and equipment to guarantee safe and efficient operations.
- Areas of responsibility include production lines in the packing hall, dry and cold storage facilities, and site amenities such as cooling towers and wastewater treatment plants.
- Provide coverage across various shift patterns as necessary.
- Exhibit a proactive attitude, leading by example and adopting a hands-on approach to tasks.
