Medical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Specialist to join our team at Triple West Medical. As a leading healthcare provider, we offer a range of physical and mental health services, and we are looking for an individual who can contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of new patients and provide clinical supervision to other team members.
- Participate fully in the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Take senior medical responsibility for the care provided by the Community Mental Health Team.
- Review and monitor patient caseloads to ensure appropriate care packages are in place and discharges are facilitated.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the Community Mental Health Team.
- Provide domiciliary visits to assess and treat patients in their own homes.
- Conduct domiciliary assessments in response to emergencies.
- Engage in research activities, including personal projects and clinical audits.
- Liaise closely with wards to facilitate admission and discharge.
