Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team at Windyhall Care Home. As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff on night shifts, ensuring seamless delivery of care services
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' care plans, making adjustments as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account residents' preferences and needs
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of residents' care, including medication administration and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC PIN and current registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
  • Experience of leading a team on duty, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a desire to learn and grow within the role
