Job Overview

Context of the Role

The primary responsibility is to conduct engaging group fitness sessions for participants. Our Fitness Class Leaders should be enthusiastic about providing classes that motivate involvement from diverse age groups and skill levels, ensuring a remarkable and unforgettable experience for all members.

This position is integral to our health and wellness initiative, combining top-notch sports and leisure amenities with accessible community health services.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications (Mandatory)

ETM Certification and/or Level 2 Fitness Instructor Certification Additional relevant qualifications as required based on the specific class being delivered

Experience (Preferred)

At least 1 year of instructional experience

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

Guide members on proper exercise methods and provide modifications or alternatives as necessary. Prioritize the safety and enjoyment of your participants above all else. Ability to engage with a wide range of individuals and foster a sense of achievement among participants. Communicate effectively with individuals across all age demographics. Demonstrate all techniques and exercises clearly to participants. Manage feedback during sessions effectively.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

Capability to lead classes at various locations within the organization
