About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at CODA Search. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping our HR practices and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
  • Manage employee relations, including handling issues and providing guidance to managers
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategy aligned with business objectives
Requirements
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a start-up or small business environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Working Arrangements

This is a part-time position (6 hours per week) with a hybrid working model, requiring occasional visits to our Truro office. A competitive salary commensurate with experience will be offered.
