Repairs Scheduler Opportunity

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an experienced Repairs Scheduler to facilitate the coordination of Damp and Mould repairs in a public sector organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send correspondence related to repairs
  • Set up and maintain office systems for efficient repair coordination
  • Arrange and book appointments with engineers
  • Chase updates and progress on repairs
  • Manage engineer diaries and schedules
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in social housing or contractors
  • Strong administration and planning skills
  • Experience in planner, scheduler, or coordinator roles

This is a temporary opportunity with a hybrid working arrangement, offering a competitive hourly rate paid weekly via umbrella company.
