Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as an Outreach Tutor Secondary. This role involves working with students in a 1:1 setting, providing tailored support and guidance to help them achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver differentiated National Curriculum core subjects to students in a 1:1 setting.
  • Work with students who have complex and challenging needs, including SEMH, ASC, MLD, and SpLD.
  • Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies to support student engagement and progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Background teaching in English, Maths, Science, or SEN classes, ranging from KS1 to KS5.
  • QTS status or equivalent, or unqualified with two years' experience teaching NC core subjects.
  • Experience working with students with SEMH, ASD, EBD, and associated complex needs.
  • Two years' previous experience working within a UK school.
