Maintenance Team Lead

Gi Group Professionals is proud to be working in partnership with a well-known food manufacturing company to find a skilled Maintenance Team Lead.
About the RoleAs a core member of the engineering team, you will report directly to the engineering maintenance manager and will be tasked with leading shift members, including prioritization and allocation of workload. You will have a proven track record of working within an FMCG environment as a lead or senior engineer, along with technical hands-on engineering experience working with a range of maintenance activities on site.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure production priorities are understood to carry out maintenance works enabling orders to be met.
- Work closely with the Shift Operations Manager to ensure planning of engineering activities is fully supported.
- Maximize and improve performance in line with KPIs.
- NVQ Level 3 (Minimum). Food manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Broad knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Mechanical, Electrical and PC/Inverter Assets.
