Objective


Your role will encompass delivering Building Management Systems (BeMS) support to a designated client portfolio, while fostering proactive relationships with customers and embodying our core values to facilitate service enhancement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Schneider Electric's policies and procedures to ensure a safe and responsible work environment, maintaining a zero-tolerance stance on unsafe practices;
  • Assume responsibility for your assigned customer accounts to fulfill or surpass contractual obligations;
  • Provide exemplary service delivery;
  • Collaborate closely with clients to pinpoint operational challenges that can be addressed;
  • Generate clear and informative service documentation that illustrates the value Schneider Electric brings;
  • Proactively recognize and propose quoted solutions for enhancements, upgrades, or repairs;
  • Identify energy efficiency and improvement initiatives to offer beneficial suggestions for both parties;
  • Support Operations Managers and Sales teams with larger-scale opportunities;
  • Participate in the team on-call schedule and assist fellow team members whenever feasible;

Qualifications for Success:

  • An electrical background, along with experience in the Building Management Systems (BMS) and/or HVAC sectors, is advantageous but not mandatory;
  • Previous experience in a Field Service role, with a focus on customer care;
  • A driven individual eager to learn about the diverse product offerings from Schneider Electric;
  • Proven work experience and a strong track record in a similar capacity;
  • A positive demeanor and a constructive mindset;
  • Possession of a valid driving license;
