Administrative Role
Pertemps Aylesbury is seeking a part-time Sales Administration professional for our client based in Haddenham.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced Administrator/Order Processor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales orders, invoices, and payments, as well as providing excellent customer service via email and phone.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Process sales orders on our internal system (training will be provided)
* Process invoices and take payments
* Answer inbound customer inquiries via email and phone
* Perform general administrative tasks and archiving
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in Administration/Order processing
* Accurate and attention to detail
* Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive hourly rate of £13.00
* Part-time hours: 10am-2:30pm (22.5 hours a week)
