Role Summary:

EVEREC is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Support Specialist to join our team as a Field Support Engineer. This role will be based in Norfolk and will involve working with our clients in the EV / Automotive sector to provide high-quality field and support engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on a range of pre, production, and post-production on-site enquiries and tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to motors and drive systems.
  • Collaborate with the wider engineering team to develop and implement plans and processes.
  • Contribute to building long-term customer relationships and partnership working.
  • Provide regular feedback to engineering colleagues on field service operations and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement best practices in line with a Continual Improvement ethos.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and documentation to reflect progress against plans and procedures.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly environment reflective of HSE principles.

Requirements:

  • Relevant engineering qualifications in a key discipline.
  • Proven track record or experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment, preferably in relevant sectors.
  • Proven track record of results delivery and effective personal performance.
