About the Role:

As a Linen Porter at 11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel, you will be an integral part of the Housekeeping team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your role will involve working closely with the Floor Housekeepers and Room Attendants to ensure that all areas of the hotel are well-stocked with clean linens, and that dirty linens are collected and processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and store linen deliveries, ensuring accurate stock levels and assisting with monthly stock checks.
  • Ensure all uniforms are correctly sent to cleaning, checking and amending delivery labels as required by company standards.
  • Deliver clean linens to all areas of the hotel, and collect dirty linens in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of linen stock levels, anticipating and meeting the needs of the hotel.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the Head Housekeeper, ensuring seamless operation of the Housekeeping team.
