As a Store Supervisor, you will be a role model of amazing customer service for other team members, achieving sales targets, and providing customers with the benefit of your product expertise.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and history.
- Coach and develop new team members, helping them to settle in, develop their product knowledge, and grow their customer service skills.
- Work closely with store management to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
Your Background
We are looking for individuals with retail or customer service experience who possess excellent communication skills, confidence, and an outgoing personality. You will be ambitious, with a desire to develop quickly and take on new challenges. As a Store Supervisor, you will be a stepping stone into your first management role, and with our coaching, training, and support, you can develop quickly.
