Spinwell Global Limited is seeking a Program Coordinator for a significant opportunity within the public sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE Program Coordinator

  • Oversee projects with an emphasis on Governance (compliance and reporting).
  • Manage project resources effectively (personnel, budget).
  • Direct the planning of tasks/projects.
  • Supervise work as outlined in the Work Authorisation Document (WAD).
  • Lead, support, and initiate changes against the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities, implementing necessary actions.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE Program Coordinator

  • Proven experience in construction management and site oversight.
  • Ensure construction activities are executed as per requirements.
  • Deliver projects in alignment with operational constraints, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Mentor and develop a local team to achieve both team and individual objectives safely and securely.
  • Uphold and promote high standards in environmental, safety, health, security, and quality practices while being a collaborative team member.
  • Act as a Program Coordinator on behalf of the client, managing design and construction tasks.
  • Familiarity with CDM regulations.
