Highway Maintenance Supervisor

Marlborough Highways Ltd is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient execution of highway maintenance operations in North London.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate teams of directly employed and subcontracted labor to ensure operational and financial targets are met.
- Implement and monitor safe working procedures, risk assessments, and method statements to minimize costs and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Manage and liaise with subcontractors, monitor freelance/temporary staff, and conduct weekly health and safety inspections.
- Identify and report contract variations, ensure accurate recording of work, and submit records to the QS for payment substantiation.
- Monitor the standard of work, check materials, and report non-conformities in accordance with Marlborough Highways' procedures.
- Prior supervisory experience in a highways setting, with a strong background in health and safety policies and procedures.
- Understanding of highways term maintenance contracts, driving license, and strong communication skills.
