Job Title: Head Bartender
Job Summary:
We are seeking a charismatic and approachable Head Bartender to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for driving service and exceeding our guests' expectations. If you have a passion for the industry and a minimum of 1-2 years' experience, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving service and exceeding guest expectations
- Create and serve a range of beverages, including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine, and soft drinks
- Maintain a clean and tidy service area at all times
- Have a good understanding of wines and spirits

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a 4* or high-class establishment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Passion for the industry and what you do
- Attention to detail and enthusiasm
