Pertemps Bond is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve equipment faults and defects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all relevant engineering procedures, including LOTOTO and the Permit System.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and comply with work instructions.
  • Communication: Report critical equipment issues to management promptly and effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements and Skills
  • Technical Expertise: Electrical and mechanical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Qualifications: Completion of an advanced apprenticeship in engineering or relevant qualification.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with HSE processes and standards, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and experience with assembly and moulding equipment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, crouch, sit, or prone work as needed.
