Legal IT Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Legal IT Trainer to join our team at Circle Group Careers. As a Legal IT Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance staff skills and understanding of legal IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs to improve staff proficiency in Microsoft 365 / Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Develop a broad technical understanding of legal IT software systems and services, including time recording and document management systems, Intapp, 3E, MatterSphere, iManage, etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions
  • Deliver training programs in a consultative and coaching approach to enhance staff performance

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Broad technical understanding of legal IT software systems and services, including time recording and document management systems, Intapp, 3E, MatterSphere, iManage, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a consultative and coaching approach
