  • Perform store operations, including store appearance, cleanliness, and stock organization
  • Deliver outstanding styling sessions and establish loyalty within the community
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent; associates or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4+ years of retail sales experience, with a focus on fashion
  • Strong sales experience, people management, and leadership skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Shopify, RLM, and Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual preferred
