Our client is a well-respected retailer known for its innovative products and commitment to quality. They are enhancing their retail environment to improve customer experiences and are in search of skilled Security Officers who align with their progressive vision.

Location: Brighton, BN1 area.

Working Hours: Average of 47 hours per week, with shifts scheduled according to site requirements. Typical shifts include Sundays from 08:00 am to 15:00 pm, and Monday to Friday from 07:00 am to 15:00 pm.

Compensation: £14.50 per hour.

  • Collaborate with law enforcement and security teams to enhance service quality, including participation in crime prevention initiatives.
  • Handle confrontational situations with professionalism and composure.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with SCONE.
  • Possession of a valid SIA licence (DS).
  • A comprehensive five-year checkable employment history.
