Position Overview

Themis Recruit is representing a prestigious full-service law firm in their search for a seasoned Family Solicitor with a minimum of 25 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to enhance their distinguished tier 2 family law department. The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own caseload with a high degree of autonomy.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a diverse range of family law cases, including but not limited to divorce, financial settlements, child custody arrangements, and cohabitation disputes.
  • Support senior attorneys with intricate cases, gaining valuable insights into advanced family law practices.
  • Participate in business development initiatives aimed at expanding the client portfolio, which includes networking, attending industry events, and nurturing relationships with potential clients and referral sources.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client care and service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the Family Law Team and across other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Qualifications
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 25 years PQE in family law.
