Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Handler to join our corporate team at WOLFE BISHOP LIMITED. As a Senior Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing larger and more complex client programs across multiple business sectors and insurances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of client relationships to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with colleagues in Claims, Sales, and Risk Management to ensure that the service offered meets the firm's award-winning standards.
  • Assume the management of larger and more complex client programs across multiple business sectors and insurances.
  • Broker some more complex risks in the open market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Take personal ownership of service delivery and ensure that clients receive exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience of commercial insurance market.
  • Technical proficiency with some experience of more complex programs.
  • Strong customer service professionals with excellent communication skills.
  • Well-organized and comfortable working to deadlines.
  • Good IT skills and ability to develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
