We are in search of Warehouse Associates to become part of our team in a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday during the PM shift.

Below are the details regarding shifts and compensation:

Pay Rate: £12.06 plus £1.87 shift allowance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute all relevant warehouse operations, from receipt to dispatch.
  • Promote and adhere to established health and safety standards within the depot.
Your Daily Activities:
  • Utilize all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Perform tasks related to Goods In/Order Picking/Goods Out as instructed.
  • Ensure all work is completed with precision and attention to detail.
  • Identify errors and address them as directed.
  • Contribute to problem-solving efforts to foster continuous improvement.
  • Complete all tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality.
  • Conduct all processes safely, adhering to Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards.
  • Work safely, considering the well-being of colleagues.
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and as directed.
  • Align with XPO's processes and values consistently.
