Job Summary:
ARCA Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our operations team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning and delivery of projects on time, meeting safety and compliance requirements, as well as technical and budgetary specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects utilizing appropriate systems, processes, and resources to facilitate optimal delivery.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues, and agree accountabilities and responsibilities with the wider project team.
- Coordinate and communicate project scope, identify dependencies, and understand the critical path to secure timely project delivery.
- Work within a team of technical experts who specialize in the design, build, and commissioning of world-class motion simulators.
- Assure that all projects deliver safe equipment that satisfies all requirements.
Requirements:
- A degree qualification in an engineering discipline is highly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of Project Management fundamentals.
- Desirable: Understanding or experience of an engineering discipline such as mechanical design, control system design, or systems engineering.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) or P6 (preferred), along with familiarity with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- A logical approach to approaching tasks and solving problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration and engagement skills.
