Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing proactive and reactive maintenance procedures for facility and production equipment, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implementing maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and uphold production schedules.
  2. Maximizing machine uptime while minimizing costs through efficient planned preventative maintenance schedules.
  3. Collaborating with plant engineers and team leaders to prioritize machine maintenance hours for planned tasks.
  4. Taking an active part in planning, supervising, and overseeing daily routines and inspections.
  5. Enforcing a Total Quality Approach throughout the site.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a food or packing environment.
  2. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  3. Ideal experience with PLC systems and automated machinery.
  4. Relevant Engineering qualification (level 2 or above).

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress within the business and receive various training and development opportunities on latest manufacturing practices.
