Housing Services Director

We are seeking an experienced Housing Services Manager to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a key member of our social housing organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Income Officers to maximize the collection and recovery of current and former rents, service charges, and other charges.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of Income Officers to achieve high-performing service delivery, minimizing arrears and maximizing income through proactive measures.
- Ensure the rent and service charge setting process is managed and maintained, adhering to regulatory requirements and good practice.
- Oversee and manage Former Tenant Arrears and recharges, implementing effective strategies to reduce debt.
- Implement health and safety policies and procedures, conducting regular risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with internal departments, partners, and stakeholders to improve service delivery and enhance the tenant experience.
- Assist in the implementation and review of relevant policies and processes, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- At least 2 years' experience in social housing, with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Housing legislation.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate staff, preferably in a housing management environment.
