About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising
  • Ensure that customers receive excellent service, including responding to customer queries and resolving any issues
  • Work collaboratively with other colleagues and departments to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer service and sales performance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering sales and customer service targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
