About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Upper Oakwood Ward, Cygnet Hospital Godden Green. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce comprehensive written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and improve our services, ensuring that we provide the best possible care to our service users.
  • Attend all training and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to further your knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines, working collaboratively with service users, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medicines in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Pin Number and experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
  • The ability to maintain accurate documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role.
  • A good understanding of the latest nursing practices and a commitment to patient recovery.
