Fawkes & Reece South is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for independently tendering projects, working collaboratively with our Surveying and Operational teams, and mentoring junior members of staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Independently tender projects valuing up to £10mil
* Work collaboratively with Surveying and Operational teams to produce competitive tenders
* Report into the Managing Director
* Be responsible for the mentoring of more junior members of staff

**Requirements:**

* HNC / Degree qualified
* Be able to price from first principles
* Have at least 5 years experience within an estimating role
* Live within Dorset and be happy to travel to office / site when required
